About me and my therapy practice
My training and experience as a psychological therapist goes back 27 years. I am an accredited integrative therapist and experienced in CBT and Mindfulness practice. I am have worked with a wide range of clients in the NHS, education, and private practice. More recently I've trained in Non-Violent Communication.
I am currently offering live video counselling and will reopen my consulting room for face to face counselling as soon as restrictions are lifted.
My first session
This first session is important in establishing rapport, a sense of safety through clear communication, and arriving at a shared understanding of the issues presented.
