About me and my therapy practice
Asking for help is a sign of strength. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression or need help managing stress, work related problems or relationship issues - admitting you can't do everything on your own is the first step to achieving wellness and living life to its full potential.
My approach is based in person-centred, mindful therapy which is less directive and more enabling you to recognise and develop your own inner resources. They are present within you but may have become entangled, buried or distorted through challenging life experiences. I offer a warm, welcoming and safe space to explore with you, how together we unravel the knots to reveal who you are really meant to be moving towards living a peaceful and joyful life.
