About me and my therapy practice
We all need support, yet so many of us go through life feeling unsupported. With counselling, you don't have to go through things alone.
My approach is gentle and patient, giving you space to explore whilst holding it so you feel supported. I work at your pace, in your time, by your clock.
Being an integrative counsellor/therapist, I use a mix of different approaches tailored to your individual needs. All the work we do is based on us forming a good relationship, this is crucial if we are to work together effectively.
I offer a respectful safe place, where you can be without fear of judgement so we can explore the things in your life that need support. Some people find it helpful to talk through early experiences; which may still impact their lives emotionally. Others find it more helpful to focus on solutions and practical ways to bring about change. Together we can find a way that works best for you. This could mean working for a short-term or long-term.
I provide a confidential service based on trust and honesty, with weekly counselling.
I am insured, registered with the ICO and GDPR compliant ensuring your data is protected.
Taking the first step to contact me might be hard, I offer a free initial telephone consultation. This gives us both the opportunity to decide how we might work together.

My first session
I start with a clarity Telephone Call to see if we are a good fit.
