Practice description

About me

I am a fully trained and registered therapist and counsellor trained in Person-Centred, Gestalt and Transactional Analysis, with specialist qualifications in bereavement and mindfulness. This means I draw on different approaches and work with clients in the way that best suits them.  Also, I have made a special study of anxiety, its affects and how to manage it.

Integrity and authenticity are at the heart of everything I do.

My approach

I believe that we all have innate knowledge and resources that enable us to grow, heal, and experience a fulfilling life. I offer a safe, non-judgemental, confidential, and welcoming space where you can reflect, and freely express emotions. I help my clients face and heal from past difficulties while building new strategies to cope with life’s challenges. If you are worried about things that have happened to you in the past that are affecting you now, then I may be able to help.

Fees

£65 for in person, £50 for online.  First sessions are free.

I recognise that first sessions can be scary so I do my best to make you feel welcomed and at ease.  You will find me relaxed, open and encouraging.  Together we will explore what brings you to counselling and see if I can help.
