About me and my therapy practice

I have worked with all age groups and helping my clients to find a way forward in their lives through difficult times, whatever they may be, is something I feel privileged to do. I am based near Wyken in Coventry close to the city centre.

I am a qualified and experienced counsellor and I also supervise the work of other counsellors. I have counselled individual adults and young people since 2004. As an accredited member of the BACP I am continuously updating my skills by attending additional workshops and training events which in turn allows me to tailor my approach to best meet the needs of my client.

I feel everyone is totally unique in both their experiences and the way they interpret them, and will therefore work alongside my clients in tailoring a therapy that suits them best. I am aware that sometimes the decision to attend counselling can be quite difficult. If you would like to talk this through please feel free to call me any time. If I am with a client please leave me a message and I will call you back as soon as I can. My number is 07749 115951.

Qualifications:

Advanced Diploma Humanistic Therapeutic Counselling (2004)

Certificate in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (2005)

Certificate in Counselling Theory(2002)

Certificate in Counselling Skills (2001)

Level 6 - Clinical Supervision of other counsellors (2020)

Numerous Training days and workshops covering a wide variety of issues often raised in counselling.
