About me and my therapy practice

I offer psychodynamic / existential therapy, which provides lasting healing through self exploration and insight.

In therapy, we will explore:

  • How your past experiences (especially family) continue to impact you in the present.
  • Your relationship patterns and attachment style.
  • Ways in which you may undermine yourself through self-destructive and repetative patterns. 
  • How these things play out in ways beyond your conscious control.
  • The deep origins of anxiety, depression and other symptoms.

Fees

  • In person fee £70
  • Evening online fee £70
  • Daytime online fee £50

I offer a free 20 minute phone call so that we can have an initial discussion and so that I can answer any questions you may have.

I offer a free 30 minute phone call so that we can meet and that I can answer any questions you may have.

How these things may play out unconsciously, in ways that you may be unaware of.
