About me and my therapy practice
There are times in all our lives when speaking to someone outside our immediate friend or family group can be really helpful. Whatever you’re facing right now, I offer a warm, holding and confidential environment in which to explore your issues.
A little about me and how I work
I am a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor working in private practice in Buckinghamshire. I offer counselling and psychotherapy to individuals and couples. I am trained in transactional analysis psychotherapy and I take a psychodynamic approach to my work. Fundamentally, I believe in working relationally, which means putting the relationship that we develop at the heart of the work.
How can therapy help you?
Very often, just talking and sharing your worries with another person can offer immediate relief. Ongoing, I believe that within us all there is capacity for positive change. By exploring your unique experiences and looking at the dynamics that emerge in our sessions, we can start to untangle and understand those issues that brought you to therapy and possibly more. The aim is to reach a place where you feel content and not held back by past experiences, persistent worries, unhealthy relationships or behaviours.

As well as my private practice, I have several years combined experience working with a broad range of issues both in NHS primary care and charity/not-for-profit sectors.
Individuals - £55 (50 minutes)
Couples - £70 (one hour)
