About me and my therapy practice

I am an experienced psychotherapist working with adults based in Surbiton, near Kingston and only 20mins from London Waterloo.

I have a psychodynamic approach which means working with you to explore the root causes of your difficulties that often lie in your past experiences. We will build a therapeutic relationship that will help to increase understanding of yourself leading to new insights that can trigger change.

I have undergone rigorous psychotherapy training. I have had psychotherapy myself therefore I understand the courage it can take to make that first step to ask for help. I offer a safe, calm and confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings and concerns.
