About me and my therapy practice

I am an experienced and fully qualified therapist offering Psychodynamic Psychotherapy & Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in a confidential and non-judgemental environment, encouraging a safe space to explore past and present issues. Working with a range of therapeutic frameworks, I am aware of how some approaches may be more suitable to the individual, according to the time in their life or their current issues. I believe it is the relationship between each individual and the counsellor that is key; that in fostering a collaborative and trusting relationship, together we can embark on a journey of exploration, compassion, understanding, and acceptance.

In these recent uncertain and challenging times, I can offer both in-person and online counselling. The anxieties and strong emotions that have been brought to the fore, coupled with the ongoing struggles and everyday difficulties we face, having a space to express and explore our fears, along with maintaining a sense of continuity and connection, feels especially valuable.

Alongside my private practice, I am a Student Counsellor at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, as well as working with community mental health charities within schools and young women's projects.
