About me and my therapy practice
There is a lot of availability when it comes to counselling and it is important for you to be happy with your choice of counsellor.
With the right support making positive change is entirely possible and everyone has the ability to reach their true potential. It is true that at times we can lose our way through painful or difficult life experiences or relationships however it's not about being told what you need, you already know. The counselling process will facilitate you to coming back to being who you are which is natural and was never something to obtain.
I provide confidential face to face, online or telephone counselling from comfortable premises. I work in a warm, non directive, non judgemental personal approach for a positive, friendly counselling experience. I hope through being challenged appropriately, you will start to learn about yourself and trust in discovering your inner resources.
The Person Centred approach will give you the tools to understand what intrinsically you already know. You have a natural innate instinct that will guide you, a ‘gut feeling’. If it feels right it feels right. Take the first step and make a new start.
