About me and my therapy practice
Welcome! I congratulate you on taking this journey of self-discovery. I have a compassionate and down to earth approach to my counselling style which makes you feel at ease in the counselling room. I draw upon Positive Psychology and tap into your strengths. My therapeutic framework is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and also Solution Focused Therapy.
I have a humanistic approach and tap into different Psychology frameworks when making unique treatment plans for my clients. My work with my clients is engaging, uplifting and inspiring.
