About me and my therapy practice
I’m Lauren Pike. I’m a play and creative arts therapist and clinical supervisor, and a coach and coach supervisor. I am passionate about working creatively with people to support personal and professional development. I believe we all deserve to thrive, and not just survive.
Play and Creative Arts Therapy is a non-directive therapeutic way in which to work with young children, adolescents and adults. Through various creative mediums such as sand, clay, music and paint, you can explore emotional, social and behavioural challenges and work towards a resolution.
I work with parents in a coaching capacity to support with parenting challenges and concerns. I am an accredited Parent Child Attachment Play (PCAP) practitioner.
Practice description
I work in private practice in Sidcup, Kent. I work with therapy clients on a face-to-face basis and with coaching clients either face-to-face or via Zoom. Work can be either longer or shorter term.
My first session
During our first session, I will spend time understanding what you would like from our work together so that we set clear expectations.

I supervise both therapists and coaches to support them in their practice. I have a particular interest in creative reflective practice. I offer both individual and group supervision.
