About me and my therapy practice

My private practice is 10 mins walk from Orpington High Street and 15 mins by car from Bromley.  14+ years experience.

I believe that every individual is important and has the right to be heard and supported when struggling with mental health issues, whether these be long, or short-term. Hence the reason for my passion in providing a genuine, empathic, non-judgemental space for you, my client, to explore and work through such difficulties, leading to more psychological clarity, ability to make positive decisions and improved mental health.

My Experience

My experience includes 10 years within SLAM NHS Trust in London, supporting people with mental health issues, including those in the above list. This work involved 1:1, group and family therapy. During this time, I also received one year’s training at the Institute of Psychiatry in London, studying Systemic (Group, Family, Couple) Therapy.

Previously, I worked in a secondary school for two years, providing counselling for pupils aged 11-18, covering a range of issues. Prior to this, I provided bereavement counselling for two years in an established Bereavement Service in Bromley.
