About me and my therapy practice
Facing difficult circumstances or living with anxiety, depression or neurodiversity such as ADHD, can make each day feel like a challenge. I offer a warm, creative approach to support you in navigating the challenges and complexities of life.
Whether you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or dealing with changes, transitions, or losses, I can support you to:
- Regulate your nervous system
- Make sense of your story and how it impacts you
- Find a sense of agency no matter your circumstances
- Connect deeply with yourself and others
- Implement sustainable changes
- Live life that has meaning to you
I will see you as a whole person, not a list of symptoms. Together, we can make space to explore both your difficulties and aspirations.
I work in an integrative way which means I draw from different approaches to best meet your needs.
Guided by neuroscience, I recognise the interplay of our minds and bodies in mental health and emotional well-being.
In addition to dialogue, I may suggest somatic methods, mindfulness practices, or creative exploration such as drawing or movement. These tools can be helpful in exploring deep-seated patterns or complex feelings that words alone can't fully express.
I warmly invite you for an initial consultation. It will be a chance for us to meet each other, discuss your hopes and worries about the counselling process and find out how we could work together.
