About me and my therapy practice

I am an experienced counsellor and supervisor and have been a member of the BACP since 2013. I work with adults on-line and have clients from around the country.

The way we feel about ourselves affects every aspect of our lives, including our work, home life and relationships.  With counselling you will understand yourself better, gain clarity and increase your self awareness. Looking at your feelings, thoughts and behaviours and understanding these will help you to overcome any difficulties you may be encountering. Sometimes we must look back to be able to move forward. 

Understanding yourself better will help you to feel more in control of your life. Together we can find out what may or may not be working for you or is holding you back. My aim is to facilitate you in living your life more freely. I can help you gain new perspectives that will help you to make more satisfying life choices.

My specialist area is working with people who suffer from anxiety, depression or low self esteem. You could be feeling angry, stressed, fearful or sad, or you might just want help figuring out what your next steps in life might be. Together we can work through whatever issues you bring, so that you will feel fulfilled and live up to your full potential,


Practice description

If you are having thoughts or feelings that are troubling you, we can look at what these are and work through them. Talking about issues that matter to you, will help you to feel more resilient and move through any difficulties you might be experiencing, such as anxiety or depression. You may be angry and unsure where these feelings come from and how to manage them. You may have low self-esteem or confidence and want to get to the root causes and find your confidence again. Or you may just want to find out what your next steps in life might be. Together we can work on any issues that you bring and work at your own pace.

My first session

I am currently working on Zoom. After an initiaI session we can decide if we would like to work together and we will arrange to meet at a regular time on a weekly basis.
