About me and my therapy practice
I believe that I can facilitate your growth and development to empower you to live your life how you want to live it - through empathy, honesty and acceptance.
So, what does that mean?
Practice description
Empathy - I will 'get in your shoes', 'walk along side you' and be with you every step of the way to you living your life, how you want it lived.
Honesty - whilst this may be challenging at times; I offer a safe, secure and confidential space - free from judgement: a space where you can 'be you' - with appropriate challenges to enable you to think about and explore what you really want from life.
Acceptance - I have experience of working with a wide range of clients: from adolescents, to those in the autumn (and winter) of their lives - men, women and those who identify as gender, relationship and sexuality diverse (GSRD).
Everyone is welcome.
"Hearing is a physical sense: listening is a psychological act."

About me and my therapy practice
Offering in-person and online supervision: also a CPCAB Level 2-4 tutor, so have a very good understanding of the training process from a tutor and student perspective.
Practice description
So, this is the bit where I write about all of my fantastic qualities, experiences etc. and encourage you to come to me for your supervision...
Well, I'm not going to do that - how about - you get in touch with me - we have an initial conversation where we can talk you about the way I work, what you need in a supervisor and let's take it from there?
All I will say, is that I'm a bit different, not everyone's 'cup of tea' (don't drink it, personally - waste of good water!) and yes, wherever possible, I integrate my sense of humour into my work: I am a firm believer that counselling and supervision is not all 'doom and gloom', whilst respecting the serious nature of the work.
So, get in touch - let's have a chat and hopefully we can build a great working relationship.
:-)
