About me and my therapy practice
I offer a safe and confidential space in Camden, for you to start to feel that you can talk about your situation, short or long-term. You and I can discuss your therapeutic needs on the phone, online or in-person. I work with adults, young adults, families and couples.
My way of working is respectful of your autonomy, non-judgmental, unconditional, accepting and practical. I am experienced in working with very complex, interpersonal situations and helping to find constructive ways forward to enhance life. I am further experienced in helping individuals with anxiety, depression, self-harm, addictions, eating disorders, the psychoses and schizophrenias, alongside trauma and dissociation.

I am trained in multiple therapeutic approaches to best equip me to meet your individual needs across socio-economic and cultural populations.
I understand that contacting a therapist may appear daunting but fear not, I know from experience about this and will help you forward.

Supervisees consider me a warm and trustworthy Supervisor and I prioritise your sense of safety and secuirty as paramount. When you feel ready to contact me, which I understand from personal experience can be, at times, a daunting step, I would ask you if it would be helpful to hold a brief 10 minute telephone call for introductions and for you to gain a sense if you would like to meet for a first meeting. I am always happy to meet in person or online for an initial meeting for you to discover if you want to continue working with me. Payment is by bank transfer, as you prefer. I look forward to meeting new Supervisees and to talk through what your needs are, and to move your therapeutic work forward through this fascinating and informative process.
