About me and my therapy practice
Life can be challenging, and sometimes we might wonder whether we’re doing it right. Sometimes we feel down or anxious, lonely, lost, or confused, and we’re not quite sure why. Sometimes we just don't know what to do to make things feels better.
I can help you explore whatever’s troubling you, help you clarify what you’re thinking, what you’re feeling, and work out a way through.
I am an accredited psychotherapeutic counsellor based in Cambridge, UK. I am an integrative practitioner with a humanistic focus, and I tailor my approach to each person and the particular issues they happen to be facing.
I can help with issues such as low mood, anxiety, stress, relationship problems, self-esteem issues, loss, and personal development or life choices.
I work with individual adults, on both a long-term and short-term basis.
My first session
I offer a free initial consultation, usually lasting about half an hour.
This serves as an opportunity to find out whether we might work well together. You will have the chance to tell me something about what brings you to counselling at this time, and what you hope to gain from the process.
