About me and my therapy practice
I have 25 years experience helping individuals and couples who are feeling stressed, unbalanced, confused, angry, stuck, unhappy or overwhelmed. I can quickly help you to get more balanced, clear, effective, energised, confident and happy in your life and relationships. I can also help you deal with panic attacks, PTSD, health fears, grief, loss and isolation. Presently I am only counselling online with clients due to the Coronavirus. After social distancing is over if you work with me online you can transfer to face to face counselling in Leamington Spa if you prefer.
Whether you're struggling with something specific to these traumatic times or feel trapped in negative patterns in your life or relationships i.e repetitive rows, worry, low self-esteem . My first session
Sessions are online (Zoom, Skype, What'sApp, FaceTime) at the present time. When social distancing ends you can continue with these methods or see me face to face in Leamington Spa.
I know many people worry that online counselling is less effective than face to face. Having worked with this platform for many years I know that distance work is equally effective.
There is so much fear and confusion at the moment I want to make sure you feel fully informed about online counselling. Once you contact me if appropriate we can book a distance session. We agree a good time and discuss which methods to use. If needed I can help with how to use them.
At the first session you contact me at the agreed time for a 60 minute session. The first session is called an assessment session. In this session I will ask you questions about why you have come to counselling and what you want. At this point, or any other time, feel free to ask me any questions you have. If we decide to continue after this initial session we book in more times. Payment is by bank transfer.
