About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified integrative counsellor, working with different therapeutic models depending on your needs and reasons for coming to therapy. I provide a gentle, non-judgmental space in which to reflect on and explore any difficulties you may be experiencing. This will involve looking at your past and how it is still impacting your present, such as in your relationships or any unhelpful patterns of behaviour, as well as working directly on current issues.

We would also aim to use the therapeutic relationship as a model to help understand how you relate to people and explore what may be contributing to problems with relating and intimacy in relationships.

I am experienced in working with eating disorders, addiction and compulsive behaviours, and bereavement.

About me and my therapy practice

I offer a gentle, non-judgemental space in which to reflect on and explore any difficulties you may be experiencing. My integrative, relational approach means we can work together to understand your needs and tailor the support to your personal requirements and experiences.
