About me and my therapy practice
We all have those times in our life when things get on top of us and we can feel overwhelmed and unable to cope.
As a qualified counsellor & psychotherapist, I care about working with you to;
- give you time and space to talk about what's troubling;
- look at the unhelpful patterns and thoughts that might be contributing to your stuckness or distress;
- look at what you can change and where you can make some adjustments that will help you to move forward and make the changes that you both want and need to make.
Whether that’s building self-esteem; tackling overthinking; coping & living with anxiety and depression or dealing with a difficult life event, my intention is to work with you to find the resilience & skills needed to make changes that stick.
As an integrative counsellor I’m trained in a range of techniques & therapeutic practices. What's important to me is to create a truly individualised approach, that suits your specific needs and requirements.
I believe in giving you the time and space to unpack what’s troubling, so that you get a fresh perspective on what you can do to make the changes that you want and need.
I offer in person, online and phone sessions - so you can decide which would suit you best.
It’s important to note that if you prefer to work online or over the phone; you'll need a quiet space, where you’re unlikely to be overheard or distracted during our sessions.
If you do decide to work with me, I offer 60 minute sessions on short term or long term basis as suits your needs, and have some flexibility in the times I can offer.

So it’s important that we take some time upfront to make sure that I feel like the right therapist for you and that I have the necessary experience and skills to suit you needs;
I always offer a free, telephone consultation call for all new clients, so that we get the chance to get to know each other a little before we get started!
