About me and my therapy practice
There are times when life throws more at you than you can handle, and you can’t find the clarity and sense of purpose within yourself to process it. That’s when you need compassionate support and guidance – to stabilise you and to enable you to eventually guide and support yourself again.
My aim is to help you find the tools that will help you move forwards, even in your darkest and most difficult times. Depending on your specific situation, my aim is that you should notice a difference in your quality of life within six to twelve sessions.
My fundamental principle is to create a supportive and positive space for my clients. It’s important to know where you want to get to, but we’ll go there at your speed, whatever it is. I believe that all our sufferings and difficulties have the potential to make us deeper, more compassionate, more alive. That’s what I aim to help my clients to achieve.
