About me and my therapy practice
Deciding to seek Counselling can be a daunting and possibly scary process initially. I offer a safe, confidential, non-judgemental space, where your concerns and worries will be treated with the utmost respect and sensitivity. I usually suggest an initial telephone conversation to see if you would like to work with me to explore the issues that are troubling you. There is no charge for this and it usually lasts about 20 minutes.
I have helped people with many and varied issues. I have a lot of experience particularly with supporting people through Bereavement and Loss. I am an Associate Counsellor working in Employment Assistance Programmes, and supporting Bereavement. I also work with a ground breaking online Bereavement chatline.
In addition I have a special interest in supporting people who are experiencing issues around sexuality, and with people who are experiencing bullying in the workplace.
Practice description
I am currently offering sessions by Zoom, Telephone or “Walk and Talk”, and by Email.......I am also offering In Person sessions again now, whilst abiding by the current Covid 19 guidelines.
