About me and my therapy practice
I have been in practice for 14 years, and offer confidential and supportive therapy from my private practice in the centre of Halesowen.
I really do appreciate how daunting it can feel when looking into the prospect of therapy so you are welcome to contact to find out more about me, how I work and whether you feel I could be a suitable therapist for you. There’s no obligation to book any sessions if you feel unsure but this can be helpful initially.
At first, you may feel unsure where to begin but your initial session is an an opportunity to explore your reasons for your referral, get to know each other and address expectations of therapy. Further sessions progress at your pace, and we can explore all the things that have an influence and effect on your life. The intention is to work through your experiences and feelings, towards a more positive outcome that’s right for you.
I offer a person-centred approach and draw on elements from other therapeutic models where appropriate and beneficial for my client.EAP and Private Healthcare clients welcome - I am a recognised practitioner with various EAP and private healthcare providers, including BUPA and Aviva. I am currently offering telephone consultations during the Covid-19 outbreak.
