About me and my therapy practice
I am Jani, a BACP registered humanistic counsellor, trained in Gestalt therapy - with a background in yoga, mindfulness and Eastern philosophy. I have worked for various counselling services in North London as an intercultural counsellor.
I work with people of all ages. I also specialise in working with young adults, helping them negotiate difficult transitions in life, and understanding more about their identity and what they want for the future.
