About me and my therapy practice
Making the decision to seek counselling acknowledges a desire for change. Starting therapy demonstrates a commitment to making those changes happen. This takes courage and I can support you.
I work with clients across a range of issues including depression, abuse, anxiety, loss, anger management and low self-worth. My role as a counsellor at a leading youth charity means I also have experience supporting young adults and teenagers.
To talk about what you are looking for from counselling you can contact me by email, text or phone. If I feel I can support you we can then set up a free consultation from my therapy room in Forest Row. This acts an as informal introduction for us both. It is important you feel comfortable working with me.
If it feels like the right fit we can then arrange a time for a regular appointment. We can discuss fees and contracts when we first meet. I do offer concessions and we can discuss this too if you wish.
As a person-centred counsellor I partner and support my clients. At the beginning of our partnership I ask clients to tell me what they hope to achieve and we work towards those objectives, always keeping in mind the changes you want to make to your life and circumstances.
