About me and my therapy practice
Counselling gives us an opportunity to re-examine our beliefs about ourselves and our place in the world. I offer my clients the space to work through their issues and problems without fear of judgement. Counselling can help us rebuild the foundations on which we stand and allow us to become more resilient and self-accepting.
Often just making the decision to seek counselling requires courage. Recognising that I offer my clients a space that is peaceful and secure, welcoming and calm.
Navigating life isn’t easy especially when the maps we use to guide us keep changing but I believe counselling can give us the ability to make better decisions about which directions to take. It can also help us to accept where we started and our destination.
I have worked with clients with a range of issues including depression, abuse, anxiety, anger management and self worth. My part-time role as a counsellor at a leading youth charity means I have experience working with young adults and teenagers.
To discuss working together get in touch and we can arrange a free initial session. I offer counselling sessions from my therapy room in Forest Row.
