All sessions are 50 minutes long and cancellation policies for online and in-person counselling are in place.
I offer a 20-minute phone consultation as an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have, speak about availability and get a first feel of what it might be like to work with me.

About me and my therapy practice
If you’re considering counselling but feel unsure about taking that first step, you’ve come to the right place.
You might want to reflect on the experiences that have shaped you, explore who you are today, and consider who you want to become. Sometimes, there may be difficult feelings or memories that you’ve been pushing away—things that feel too painful, uncomfortable or overwhelming. Together, we can gently explore whatever you choose to bring, at your own pace.
Counselling can be short-term, focusing on something immediate like a recent bereavement, or it can be a longer journey of self-discovery.
There’s no right or wrong way to approach this—what's important is that it feels right for you.
What's next?
Take your time to explore my website, and if you have any questions or would like to have an initial conversation, I look forward to hearing from you.
I offer a brief introductory call for you to ask any initial questions you may have about getting started and to get a first sense of what it might be like working together.
If at any point you feel we’re not the right fit, I’m happy to help you explore other counselling options or resources that might be a better match. It’s important that you feel comfortable working together with me, so we can create a space where you feel comfortable to explore your concerns.
