About me and my therapy practice
I am a Person centred counsellor based in Southport.
I qualified as as a counsellor in 2002. I trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to add to my range of therapies.
I have worked full time for the Local Authority and several charities in counselling positions over the last 20 years.
I am committed to providing a safe place to explore any issues. I am passionate that therapy is an effective way of dealing with your concerns.
