About me and my therapy practice
I will work with you to build a confidential, trusting relationship where we can explore and deepen your understanding of issues you are currently facing. I will support you in navigating your way through life's challenges and together we can find a way forward. I work as an Integrative Counsellor which allows me to tailor the therapeutic process for you by drawing from different theories to meet your needs.
I specialise in short-term focused sessions in anxiety and depression with adults and young people aged 14+. I also offer longer term work with a wide range of issues.
Keeping painful emotions to ourselves can be destructive and cause anxiety and depression. Together we can look at ways to take a positive step towards change.

My first session
This session will involve me getting to know you. We will work together collaboratively to explore your experiences and any issues you have been struggling with. With young adults I like to work creatively and help them understand what their emotions are telling them.
I can offer short-term therapy which can be from 6 - 12 sessions where we can focus on your goals and what you would like to achieve. Working longer term we can regularly review your aims of therapy and increase your self-awareness.
