About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes life can get too much and we can become overwhelmed by current events or our past. Coming to counselling can be a daunting prospect, but a warm, collaborative and therapeutic environment can help us to face those concerns and gain understanding.
I work compassionately, with empathic understanding and without judgement to provide a safe and confidential space for you to talk. All genders are welcome and I can help with a variety of presenting issues, including anxiety, depression, grief/loss, loneliness, low self-esteem, abuse, self-harm, trauma and relationship problems.
I can help you explore your thoughts and feelings to develop a better understanding of yourself, others and your relationships with a view to healing and growth. My role is not to give advice but to help you find your own solutions.
I am also a lecturer in Counselling at Gloucestershire College.
