About me and my therapy practice
I offer a respectful, confidential and non-judgemental space to explore the thoughts and feelings which may have become a source of unhappiness. A sense of loss or grief can be hard to cope with and require a gentle unpicking, allowing you to be really heard. I have trained extensively with Cruse Bereavement to assist clients in navigating these difficulties.
Relationships exist at the heart of life, however they can often become problematic and confusing, spilling out into other areas of life such as the workplace. My goal is to look at ways to make life more satisfying and meaningful, while putting you on track to new perspectives. As well as being professionally trained and qualified as an integrative person-centred therapist, my training with Relate on the Relationship Diploma is assurance of my commitment to professional practice.
I have worked with clients from many backgrounds and with Carers and their families. Being a fully approved therapist for AnxietyUK, I am experiened with helping people to manage and overcome feelings of anxiety and depression and get back on solid ground.
I work from comfortable and private therapy rooms in Clapham Junction, offering face to face work. If you prefer telephone and online support that is also available.
