About me and my therapy practice
My work as a psychotherapist involves working with both couples and individuals, alongside any mental health issues presented.
As a Doctor in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy, one of my core values is supporting clients to deal with the issues that are specific to them. Given the uniqueness of each client I work with, means that working within one approach cannot meet the diversity of these needs.
To address this, I have combined humanistic, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural approaches. Attachment and trauma theories strongly influence the work I do and I align these areas, using mindfulness, EMDR and neuroscience to help focus on specific areas in meeting the needs of my clients.
I am an accredited executive coach with the Association for Coaching, which I feel compliments my work in offering a broader way of working across both the professional and personal spectrum of my clients’ lives.
I have also completed my Diploma in Supervision for individuals and groups with distinction.

About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative supervisor working with individuals and groups, supporting affective, behavioural, cognitive, and physiological modalities within a safe and supportive environment.
My approach is influenced by a range of theories, including attachment, psychodynamic, and person-centred models. These frameworks help me to foster trust, relational depth, and attunement with those I supervise, while remaining sensitive to both subjective experiences and the broader social contexts that shape them.
I regard the transferential relationship and parallel processes as central to the supervisory dynamic. I integrate somatic awareness and co-regulation to promote self-trust and personal discovery. At the same time, I uphold clear boundaries and actively address power imbalances, creating an ethical space that supports reflective practice, sound clinical reasoning, and ongoing professional development.
Practice description
I place importance on balancing structure with flexibility, recognising that managing resistance and fostering engagement are key to supporting supervisee development and client care. My approach encourages supervisees to explore both their conscious and unconscious roles within the supervisory and therapeutic relationships.
I work from a facilitative stance, supporting supervisees to trust their own process, allowing insights and experiences to unfold organically. This nurtures authentic self-discovery and helps ensure they provide an ethical, attuned service to their clients.
In organisational settings, I am attuned to the ways environments can both support and deplete practitioners. I bring awareness to these dynamics and work collaboratively to sustain wellbeing, resilience, and professional integrity.
