About me and my therapy practice
One of my core values as an integrative psychotherapist is supporting my clients in dealing with issues that are specific to them. Given the uniqueness of each client I work with, means that working within one approach cannot meet the diversity of these needs. To address this, I have combined humanistic, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural approaches. Attachment and trauma theories strongly influence the work I do and I align these areas, using mindfulness, EMDR and neuroscience to help focus on specific areas in meeting the needs of my clients.
My work as a psychotherapist involves working with both couples and individuals, alongside any mental health issues presented.
I have completed my Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy (awaiting the official certification), which adds to my clinical practice in how I work with clients and develop myself in that process.
I am also an accredited executive coach with the Association for Coaching, which I feel compliments my work in offering a broader way of working across both the professional and personal spectrum of my clients’ lives.
