About me and my therapy practice

'Talking therapies' can help us to work through grief, anger, guilt and frustration. I offer unconditional support and confidentiality, allowing you to untangle your thoughts. It can be such a relief to share the feelings you usually have to hide. I am a qualified, experienced and insured psychotherapist working in private practice from a discreet office on Deansgate in the heart of Manchester city centre. As a Registered member of the BACP I work within the BACP Code of Ethics. My training in Person-Centred Counselling and Transactional Analysis psychotherapy means we can talk - not only about what is happening in your life, but why. Talking about feelings can be hard work, and emotional, but often there is a lot of laughter too, and a sense of release when you confront things that have been troubling you. Learning more about what 'makes us tick' is fascinating - and life-changing.
