About me and my therapy practice

I am a relational humanistic therapist and the way I work is based on Transactional Analysis.

I offer a safe, empathic, non-judgemental and confidential space in which to explore any issues that may be concerning you.

Are you ready for change? Taking the first step and deciding to work with a counsellor in a therapeutic relationship is a big step and you may be feeling apprehensive or nervous. You may have expectations about what counselling is.

Together we will seek to identify what challenges you are experiencing within your relationships and explore opportunities for you to change repetitive patterns that limit your potential.

Our work is always mutual and my aim is to support you to work with these processes to allow changes to occur naturally.
