About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor in advanced training at Metanoia Institute to complete an MSc in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy.
As a counsellor, I offer a safe, non-judgemental, and confidential space to explore together psychological difficulties you may be experiencing. This could be short-term to cope with a difficult situation in life, or long-term to work at some deeper level with recurring and persistent problems. These could be problems in relationships, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, questions about identity or sexuality or the impact of trauma. I work with adult individuals, couples or other forms of partnering relationships.
My approach is based on an integrative approach to psychotherapy which means I can draw on different theories and ways of working for different people, or at different stages as our working relationship develops.
I have previously worked with clients with low self-esteem, anxiety, bereavement, trauma, relationship problems, self-harm, and suicide ideation.
