About me and my therapy practice
Originally a registered nurse I qualified as a Person Centred Counsellor in 2009 at Manchester College of Arts & Technology. I have experienced a variety of counselling placements working in organisations such as ChildLine, Cruse, Place2Be and local churches.
I have done additional training in working with children and young people and hold an advanced DBS check for this purpose. In order to expand my knowledge framework and support clients with a wide variety of issues, I am working towards becoming a Deep Release therapist.
As a result of all these different experiences I offer Person Centred Counselling, with an option to integrate various useful tools that are traditionally from other models of counselling the client may find helpful.
