About me and my therapy practice
I offer a warm, confidential, and non judgmental environment to talk and truly be heard. I work in a way that empowers you to develop the skills and the confidence needed to bring about long lasting, positive change. I have experience working with clients of all ages, living with a wide range of issues.
This includes, but is not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, sensory loss, grief, anger, historical sexual abuse, depression, stress at work, bullying, low self esteem/ confidence issues, relationship issues, serious health conditions/ change,
Practice description
In my practice we start with a free 30 min introduction and consultation either by telephone, zoom or in person. During this we get to know each other and establish what it is that you are looking for from therapy. If you chose to work with me we would continue this exploration and establish how we can work together at our first appointment. I work both short term and long term and this can be discussed from the outset.
I am a fully qualified person centred counsellor.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and abide by the BACP ethical framework for best practice.
