About me and my therapy practice

I offer sessions both online and in person.

I am an intergrated Counsellor & Hypnotherapist and work with many different models of Counselling depending on what the client needs.

I am also a qualified Hypnotherapist and many clients choose to split sessions to combine both in one session.

Through a combination of talking and hypnotherapy, I have found that change takes place for the client much quicker leading to a more positive life.

It is always the clients choice in what we do. I offer a safe, non judgemental envoiroment to help work through any issue that might be having a detrimental effect on your life.

I'm here to help you find ways to overcome, accept or change any problems that you have.
