RELEASE is an innovative person centred counselling service that is flexible, affordable and without a waiting list. Whether you come by self referral or by another professional, I can offer you a safe, non-judgmental and confidential setting.

My aim is for you to gain clarity and understanding for what you may be feeling or experiencing, thus enabling you to make changes to live a more fulfilling and content life. By working together and with my guidance, this is achievable.

Fees

For the first time of meeting, there will be an assessment where some paperwork will need to be carried out. This is to gain some background information on your situation.

Fees are £45

I ask clients to pay for their ssession via bank transfer prior to commencement. If payment has not been received 48 hours before, the session will not be allocated to you.

All sessions are for 50 minutes.
