About me and my therapy practice

As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I combine different approaches to counselling and psychotherapy, so that treatment can be tailormade for each client. Using past experiences to help explain the present, helps my clients to work towards accepting themselves without judgement, which is key to finding healthy relationships. In addition to my professional qualifications, I have engaged in further training most specifically around working with Trauma, namely EMDR and Somatic Experiencing therapy. I have also completed additional training in working with couples. I am a registered Psychotherapist with the States of Jersey Health & Social Services.
