About me and my therapy practice

Do you often find yourself 'stuck',  regularly thinking of past experiences that are holding you back, and reflecting on old relationships or childhood experiences that you can’t seem to move on from? Are you constantly worrying about the future, preoccupied with what’s to come? Are stress and anxiety keep you up at night, with thoughts of all the things you feel you "must" do weighing heavily on your mind? Do you find yourself repeating patterns of behaviour that do not serve you anymore?  Are you holding onto self-limitimg beliefs? 

With over 10 years of experience, I am a dedicated, compassionate psychotherapist specialising in therapeutic and holistic approaches to mental health. I am trained in psychodynamic counselling and work with individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges. My approach is client-centered, combining traditional therapeutic techniques with holistic methods to support emotional well-being, personal growth, and lasting change. I aim to create a safe, empathetic space where clients can explore their concerns, gain insight, and develop the tools to lead more fulfilling lives.

I take an integrative approach to therapy, tailoring my methods to meet the unique needs of each individual. While many clients may seek support for similar issues, such as anxiety or depression, I recognise that each person's experience is unique. By adapting my approach, I can better address the specific challenges and circumstances that shape each individual’s journey. This flexibility allows for a more personalised, effective therapeutic experience for clients.

Practice description

I offer a safe and non judgemental space for clients to explore their feelings and thoughts. I can support you through, what can often be, a very emotional and difficult experience when talking about sometimes painful and traumatic experiences. 

Together we can look at thought patterns and behaviours that may no longer be working for you in your life. I can help you to build a better relationship with yourself which can then enable you to create healthier boundaries and improving the relationships you have with others. 

My first session

I offer a free 15-minute initial phone consultation, giving you the opportunity to share the issues you'd like to address in therapy, what you hope to achieve from the process, and any questions you may have for me.
