About me and my therapy practice
Are you feeling stuck, lost, alone or like there is a difference between the way that you feel and the way that you act in the world?
I believe that through therapy, greater self-awareness, growth and change will emerge. In our work together, I will help you to move through your difficulties and make choices to improve the quality of your life.
Qualified as an Integrative, Humanistic Psychotherapist and Counsellor, I offer confidential face-to-face therapy both on a short term and longer-term basis.
I am passionate about this work and have witnessed how therapy can lift the spirits and assist clients in better knowing who they are, what they need and what they can do about it to bring about change.
Since the pandemic I work online via zoom and from my Private Practice in Oxfordshire.
