About me and my therapy practice

I have 20 years' experience offering professional help to people from diverse backgrounds with a variety of difficulties. I work on a one-to-one basis within my private practice and a GP surgery. I offer a safe space in a quiet, comfortable room where I will listen and help you to explore your difficulties, in confidence and in a non-judgemental way.
