About me and my therapy practice
I'm a compassionate and approachable counselling psychotherapist, known for my deep empathy. I can provide you with one-on-one support in navigating various life challenges.
My approach to counselling is not one-size-fits-all. I adapt my support to suit each person's unique situation. Drawing from a wealth of personal and professional experiences, coupled with expertise in a wide array of counselling approaches, I ensure that the counselling journey is tailored to the specific needs of the individual seeking help.

With over 3 years of experience, my therapeutic practice offers a safe, supportive and confidential haven for self-exploration and growth.
My approach is integrative, meaning I draw from not only psychodynamic, relational, and person-centred techniques to provide you with a unique experience.
I specialise in working with trauma and its impact on our nervous systems, and I intertwine spirituality, recognising the significance of an intercultural approach, particularly when working with Black and people of colour.
My goal is to offer a diverse and culturally rich perspective to help you navigate life's challenges and achieve personal fulfilment.
As well as a qualified psychotherapist I also have 8 years of experience in the mental health sector, providing intervention and well-being support.
My first session
Sessions are available from £85.
Your first therapy session and all following sessions will last 50 minutes.
Our initial session allows you to explore and share some of the presenting issues that have led you to seek therapy. It's a safe and non-judgmental space where you can open up about your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
I am here to support you in this process, helping you identify what areas of your life you might want to work on and improve. We will collaboratively set goals for our therapy journey based on your unique needs and aspirations.
