About me and my therapy practice
My name is Meg. I am a qualified and experienced Counsellor. I offer a safe and supportive therapy in confidential settings for individual clients and couples, where we can both explore any difficulties, distress which you may be experiencing or even dissatisfaction with life.
I provide emotional support to those who suffer with all types of domestic and mental health distress (depression, anxiety and stress), relationship issues, substance misuse and as a result have lost their self-confidence and self-worth.
My professional experience provided me with an opportunity to build positive and productive relationships with a range of people from different age groups, various backgrounds and with complex needs.
In my practice I use Person-Centred approach which means that my role is to help you reach your authentic self by creating a safe environment for you and to make you feel fully accepted by me. By showing you my empathy, we will explore various aspects of your life and feelings, talking about them freely and openly in a way that is rarely possible with friends or family.
I offer the therapy for individuals and couples in Polish and English language.
I offer one to one and Skype counselling.
