About me and my therapy practice

Hello and welcome to my profile. My name is Tracy and I have been working therapeutically with adults, children and families for over 35years. I work from Henley-In-Arden and Knowle Solihull areas and I offer individual therapy on a time limited or long term basis to meet your need as the client. I work in a humanistic, Person Centred way to enable you as the client some resolve in what you bring to counselling. I work with clients in a medium that they are comfortable with and it may be through talking, writing, art or play with children. I have worked in different agency settings including Social Services, hospice, Child Protection, Education and Private Practice.I have a lot of experience of working with abuse and specifically sexual abuse and also working with loss and bereavement .

In my private practice I have worked with people who have stress, anxiety, depression, anger, sadness, past abuse, low self esteem and behaviour they want to change. Please come and have a chat and we can decide between us if I am the right person to help you. My premises are in a quiet residential area with parking and disabled access. I look forward to hearing from you.

My fees are £50 for Henley-In-Arden and £60 for Knowle as I hire a treatment room for consultations there.
