About me and my therapy practice
I offer time-limited and open-ended adult psychodynamic psychotherapy. My aim is to create a safe and collaborative therapeutic space in which to explore feelings and experiences that you might be finding difficult or that you might be struggling to make sense of.
Through a focus on the impact of the past on present thoughts and actions, psychodynamic psychotherapy provides opportunities for better understanding aspects of our emotional and relational lives.
I am a Registered Member (MBACP) of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I hols an MSc in Psychological Therapies Practice and Research (Psychodynamic/Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy) from the University of Exeter and I am currently undertaking advanced doctoral training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy at the British Psychotherapy Foundation (BPF) and the University of Exeter, leading to accreditation with the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC).
I offer in-person and online sessions. I am able to conduct sessions in English as well as in Italian.
I abide by both BACP and BPC professional standards and codes of ethics.
Please get in touch if you wish to ask any questions or to arrange an initial consultation.
