About me and my therapy practice

I am a BACP accredited adult psychotherapist. I am committed to providing counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. I work with individuals to try and help them gain a deeper understanding of the issues that are causing difficulties, such as depression, anxiety, panic attacks, relationship issues and self-harming behaviours. This is done by helping clients to explore dreams, thoughts and feelings, in order to gain insight into unconscious processes and maladaptive patterns of relating. I have extensive NHS experience alongside my private practise, where I work with adults on an open-ended basis or for an agreed period of time.
