About me and my therapy practice

I specialise in supporting people through stressful, challenging times at work to help them to feel more in control, find those hidden answers, and start to smile again.

When things aren’t going well at work, they can affect all aspects of our lives and it can be difficult to see a way forward. I work in a kind, insightful, person centred way to help you find the solutions that are right for you. There is always a way forward but we sometimes just need a little support with the journey to find the right path.

My services can help you to:-

  • Reduce stress
  • Feel really listened too and understood
  • Understand how the past has affected how you are today
  • Build strategies to help life feel more manageable
  • Make important life changing decisions
  • Resolve conflict
  • Feel at your very best
  • Achieve more and focus on what's important

My clients have the benefit of visiting my unique office space which is set in a tranquil, countryside, luxury location with beautiful views. This calm restorative environment is a great place to reflect and escape. There is plenty of parking, air conditioning and a great coffee machine. Clients love it.

I can also provide online sessions via Teams or Zoom or at your workplace.

Counselling works best if it is weekly, but I appreciate life is busy, so I offer a very flexible service which is tailored to suit your needs.

I do accept some EAP providers by prior arrangement.

Always Professional

Always Kind
