About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes life is tough and challenging. I offer therapy that can help you uncover solutions to the issues that trouble you. When we experience distress, sadness, loneliness, anxiety of low mood, it can make us feel powerless. Working alongside a therapist means that you need not face these difficulties alone. I work with both adults and adolescents with a range of issues, most commonly anxiety, depression or bereavement. I have a special interest in issues relating to Asperger's Syndrome.
My approach is warm, non-judgmental and strictly confidential. I strive to create a space in which you can feel safe, supported and heard, allowing you to discuss concerns in your life which we can then explore together. Therapy can empower you to make small changes that can increase your feelings of comfort, safety and well-being.
I am passionate about the power that counselling has to change lives for the better.
Please email or call me to book a free inital 30-minute meeting.
